The Brief
Tarkett aimed to showcase its employees and their professional expertise through a series of immersive portraits, illustrating their commitment to innovation and sustainability. The objective: to provide an authentic glimpse into daily life at Tarkett and strengthen the group's employer branding to attract new talent.
Our Approach
We produced a series of reality-based films, following employees at their workplaces in Sweden, Luxembourg, Italy, and Brazil. Custom motion design graphics were developed to unify the videos and reinforce the "Tarkett Voices" project identity. Each testimonial is accompanied by a voice-over, ensuring a fluid and immersive narrative.
Technical Specifications
Our teams traveled across multiple countries to capture the daily routines of Tarkett teams, meeting both a logistical and creative challenge: delivering the entire video series, including post-production, in just two weeks.
