The Brief
With the Gravipack, RATP introduces an innovation designed to improve the daily work of its maintenance teams. This ergonomic exoskeleton backpack centralizes tools while distributing heavy loads, making field operations easier. The film follows its deployment within a station, through feedback from the agents using it and insights from the head of innovation.
